THE EXALTED LAMB. The very heart, the essence of the throne is occupied by the Lamb. He bears the marks of Calvary, for He is noted as a Lamb which had been slain, nevertheless He is standing in victory, not fallen in defeat, very obviously a resurrected Lamb. The witness and testimony of the redeeming blood of the Lamb is in full view of the whole of heaven. The Lamb is the very center piece of the throne and very heaven itself. Rev. 5:6
THE LAMB FULLY EQUIPPED. The seven horns. The number seven is a divine complete number and the horns are significant of power. Therefore the statement of all power in two worlds, heaven and earth is solidly met in the Lamb. A gentle Lamb, yet possessing ultimate power. The Lord has promised that He will exalt the horn or power of His anointed, who is the Lamb. 1 Sam. 2:10 The magnitude of His great power is displayed in His work of creation. He is the creator of all things. Not only that which involves things earthly but those which are in heaven itself. All that is visible to the eye even to the borders of the universe, is a part of His work of creation. That which is invisible, the microcosm, even to the most infinitesimal, He has brought into being. The order of earth and universe proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that a divine intelligence brought forth all that is in existence. Likewise all political authorities are in office and maintained according to His will and power. Col. 1:16 The horn of the Lord is a horn of salvation, bringing liberty and freedom from sin. Utterly defeating the power and force of sin. Luke 1:69 The seven eyes. Indicative of the intelligence and spiritual comprehension manifest in the Lamb. Rev. 5:6 No intellect of man, or should it be said that the accumulated intelligence of all who have ever lived of the earth could not begin to match the divine knowledge and comprehension of the living God. The sevenfold Spirit of the Lord is seen in Isa. 11:2 It embraces everything that makes the Lord to be the all sufficient person that He is. There is no area where there is a hiding place from the eyes of the Lord. The eyes of the Lord move to and fro through out the whole of the earth. 2 Chr. 16:9 The Lord is the absolute power and rule over the whole earth. His eyes constantly look upon the doings of men. There are no undertakings by men but what He sees and knows the ways and purposes of men. Ps. 66:7 In the ultimate, every person who has ever been a part of the human race will sing His praises, and worship Him. That does not mean that they are saved or will be, but it does mean that they will have to acknowledge exactly who He is and the greatness of His personage. Rev. 5:12 Only the Lamb is found worthy and capable of opening the seals which will introduce the end of the age. The redeemed of the earth give great glory and praise unto Him because of His ability to institute the of the age. Last day events which even now are being accomplished as the Word of the Lord is being fulfilled. While for the world it is a time of judgment for the saved it is a time of rejoicing for the end draws near. Rev. 5:9
