THE THIRD, really brings us to the conclusion of the manifestation of the judgments of the Lord on the earth. It will take place when the seventh vial is poured out upon the earth. Rev. 16:17 IT IS DONE! What a climax this will be. This time voices are added to the display that we have noted which accompanied the manifestation of the wrath of God, as it is poured out on the earth. This is the really big one that they talk about. This is the granddaddy of all earthquakes. It is here that the topography of the planet is completely altered. None of the works of men will be found after this moment of time. EVERY island will be totally and completely removed from its current location. EVERY mountain will be lowered until they cannot be identified with their former position. Great hail stones weighing some one hundred twenty-five pounds will fall from the skies, destroying everything and everyone on the surface of the earth. Rev. 16:20-21.
If you really want to escape the things that are coming on the earth in the last days, then make certain that you are in the Bride of Christ. She will not go through these horrendous events and the others that will take place. The Bride is removed and sheltered from them.Rev.12:6
How invisible, how secret is the Rapture, the Second Coming of Christ? The word rapture is from the Greek word parousia and is translated in our Bibles as the word coming. This is the word that Jesus used when teaching his disciples about His COMING (parousia, rapture). His description would seem to be at odds with the general teaching of today. For, very plainly and easily to be understood, He said that as the lightening shines out of the east unto the west, so also the coming of the SON of GOD would be. Paul, The great Apostle, the torch bearer of truth, stated in 2 Thess. 2:1 That the coming (parousia, rapture) of Christ, and our gathering together unto Him {is not this what the rapture is all about?}, would have certain events that preceded it. He warned us about deceptions pertaining to that day, in 2 Thess. 2:2. Then he boldly declared that, that day WOULD NOT COME, EXCEPT, there come a falling away first. Then he tells us what that, falling away, will be. It is the revelation of who the antichrist is and he is named as the son of perdition. The antichrist will be an outstanding last day leader in the church. The easiest example that we have is Judas. Even when Jesus choose the twelve. He said and one of you is the devil, Judas the money man. Judas the betrayer, betraying with a kiss. Judas who had part with the other eleven in all of their successes. For they said he had part with them in this ministry. Acts 1:17 One from within, a quisling, a fifth column. Judas was like his Father, the devil. Lucifer, in spite of his outstanding position in the heavenly tried to take the throne of God. The first rebellion was in heaven. The last will be in the church. Remember that Satan transforms himself into an angel of light.
