PSALM FORTY-FIVE

A MAJESTY AND BEAUTY CONFERRED BY THE LORD. The Lord took of His own splendor and magnificence and made it to be hers. All that she possessed did not originate from her own beauty but was the gift of the Almighty. She was the perfection of beauty. Her fame spread through out the world. Eze. 16:14 Because of her pride she was deposed from her high and exalted position and scattered abroad. With the exception of her fall, she is a beautiful type of the Bride of Christ. In the last days, there will be a cleansing and separation brought about by the Lord. Eph. 5:26 There is far too much flesh demonstrated in the church of today. There will come a cleansing wave which will sweep through the body of Christ removing all that is superfluous. All foolishness and manifestations that are not from the Lord will cease. The righteousness and holiness of the Lord will become the watchword and theme of a perfected church, the body of the Lord Jesus Christ.

THE BRIDE HAS THE ABILITY TO LISTEN TO HIS VOICE. A critical component for a good marriage. The capability not only to hear but to comprehend the words being spoken. HEARKEN. Ps 45:10 The call of the Word and the Spirit that is going forth to the church. It is a call for preparation. To turn to the Lord in separating ourselves from every impurity and contamination of the flesh and of the spirit. Reaching out to achieve perfect holiness in the Lord. Respecting the desire and wishes of the heavenly Bridegroom. 2 Cor. 7:1 If we will hear the voice of the Spirit, it is to come out, come out from the world, separate yourself from the worldliness practiced by the church in general. Leave unclean practices and works. Cling to the vital truths of the Word. Embrace its standards of holiness. Thus, enabling the Lord to be a Father to His church and that the members of the church may enjoy a full and deep relationship with Him as sons and daughters. 2 Cor. 6:17-18

THE VOICE OF THE BELOVED. There is no voice as compassionate nor as tender as His. His gracious love shines forth from every word. It is a word of direction and correction. Of power and glory, the majesty of the Lord is revealed in His WORD. With the voice of love, the lover is calling out to His Bride. Rise up, stir yourself, come awake recognize the time and the season. Come with me, what a marvelous invitation. To be with Christ, to ever behold His glorious face. To hear the melodious sound of His voice and to feel the compassion and depths of His love for His beloved. Song 2:10 The seriousness of the call is indicated by its repetition, arise and come. Dare we disregard the call of His voice and miss the climax of His purpose for His church? Song 2:13
