Monday, February 23, 2004 (1)THE LORD SPEAKS IN A UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE. David, the wondrous King of Israel. Chosen as a shepherd lad to be king. The Lord sought Himself a man after His own heart and found him in David. 1 Sam. 13:14 He will do everything I want him to do. Acts 13:22 David is a type of the Lord Jesus, who is the Word incarnate. It is David who penned the prophetic and romantic words of Psalm Nineteen. He would focus our attention on the heavens above, on the assure blue of the day and the star lit night. Not only to behold the beauty of it but to hear its message. The heavens above us are emitting a constant message of the splendor and the glory of the Lord. Ps. 19:1 Scientist have receivers focused of the heavens trying to find if there are others like us out there trying to contact us, but they are entirely missing the message. The only communication coming from the vast universe surrounding us is one that exalts the Lord and tells of His majesty.
