THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST IN IASIAH

THE ARMY OF THE LORD CALLED TO ASSEMBLAGEIsa. 5:26 The Lord will marshal His army. They will be prepared for His coming. There will be signs given as to the approaching of that day. The first is that of the ensign upon the mountains, or the last day revival, where the redeemed
of the Lord go up to Mount Zion, or enter into the fullness of the Lord. The voice of the Lord will be heard out of that perfected church or the Jerusalem of God. When He speaks the earth will tremble and shake. He is the hope and strength of those who trust in and follow Him. This is His eternal dwelling place. Nothing nor anyone unclean will ever be found there. Joel 2:16-17. The second, is the sounding of the trumpets and the fulfillment of each of them, amongst mankind. Isa. 18:3 The Lord has a controversy with Babylon that has not yet been finished. For this cause, He will raise the battle flag and cause the trumpet to sound. Jer.51:27-29

THE LORD WILL HISS FOR THEM TO COMEIsa 5:26 To whistle or to call for His people from among the nations, His great army. The hiss to attract the attention of another person is still used in the orient today. His people will respond from the four corners of the earth. They will come swiftly, the word also connotes light. So they will gather with the speed of light. The prophet Joel also refers to this time. The trumpet of war is sounded in Zion and the alarm in His holy hill or the New Jerusalem of God. Joel 2:1

THE SUPERNATURAL ARMY DESCRIBEDIsa.5:27 They will not grow weary, faint nor stumble. They are in perfect physical condition. They have been renewed and strengthened. It is not necessary for them to take time to sleep and they never get drowsy. Their equipment is in absolute perfect state. God, Himself girds them with His strength. Ps. 18:32 They do not loosen their belts nor shoes seeking a moment of relaxation. Their loins are protected by the truth of the living God. Eph. 6:14 They march in perfect order. There are no obstacles that can hinder them. They do not deviate
from their ranks, they continue in perfect array. There is no defense that can stop them, let alone cause them to waver in their ranks. Joel 2:7-8

WEAPONS OF WARFARE THAT ARE WELL PREPAREDIsa. 5:28 Arrows that are well sharpened to pierce into the hearts of men. The hoofs of their horses sparkling like a flint that is struck. Their chariot wheels like a whirlwind. This is the time of which the Lord spoke in Prov. 1:26-27. It
seems so out of character with the Lord but we must remember this is a time of judgment. He will laugh, as the world has laughed at and mocked Him. It is His turn to mock at their fears. Like a whirlwind the world will see distress, destruction and anguish when the face the great and fearsome
army of the Lord.
