THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST IN IASIAH

THE PROPHECIES OF IMPENDING JUDGMENT. What is more difficult to present or receive than the fact of the punishments that will be meted to this world. Particularly to the last generation of time. The Lord has a controversy with this world. {Consider, Hosea 4:} Isa. 33:13 The prophetic utterances given by the prophets were applicable to the circumstances of that day, and were given for correction and reproof. They were also directed toward those who were far off, even for our
generation of time. The proclamation was the, the consummation is now, in our day. These prophecies, as disturbing as they, are must be acknowledged as the Word of the Lord for we who live today.

THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST WILL BE THE DESTRUCTION OF THE DESTROYERIsa. 33:1 The evidence of one reaping what they have sown is evidenced in this verse. The spirit and nature of the antichrist is seen in the words of this verse. Once again it must be emphasized that the antichrist will be a part of the last day church. He comes from within. Ps. 55:12-14 Lucifer was the first. There are many men who are types in the old testament. Search for them. Judas betrayed Christ. What is more disturbing than a turncoat within the ranks? How earth shaking, a spy  in the
CIA or FBI. The antichrist, a man of high rank and acceptance, by the church.
A SPOILER, yet himself accepted and not at all mistreated in any way. A man without a conscience. Lacking completely, any feeling of compassion or love. Consider the meaning of the word spoil as given by Strong: to be burly, i.e. (figuratively) powerful (passively, impregnable) ; by implication, to ravage. KJV. dead, destroy, oppress, robber. 1 Jn. 2:18 Then, and even today that spirit of opposition is found within the ranks of the church world. We are not about to launch a witch hunt but we should allow the gift of discernment to be operative in the church. The burly man is one who is strong and rugged, forceful and forward. One who could readily be an asset but also a great hindrance because of his boldness.
The powerful, forceful, dominant one who would appeal to all because of his ability to get things accomplished. There is good and bad here. The thing that makes the difference, is motive. Is it for the glory of the individual or for the Lord? Impregnable, seemingly invincible, unbeatable, having
wormed their way into a fellowship with leadership that is binding. So many times those in the body but not in leadership can see the situation for what it is. Ravage, they will do great destruction and damage to the church. Oppress, their acts are overbearing, their words, while smooth can be
very abusive and personal. Robbers, of spiritual standards, of spiritual life itself. They posses the spirit of opposition being contrary to every thing that would benefit the body of Christ. Even now they have gone forth. Written with no current individuals in mind.
