THE ONE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND

THE RIVER OF THE LORD FLOWING FROM HIS THRONE. A great stream of living waters flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. Rev. 22:1 That which was a vision to Ezekiel is to be fulfilled in the end of the age, as these waters flow from the New Jerusalem. This is that river which will cause the city of the Lord to rejoice and be elated. The holy place of the Most High. The dwelling place of the Lord. The essence of the Holy Spirit, in His fullness flowing throughout and pleasing the City, the Bride of Christ, with His presence. Ps. 46:4

THE GREAT DAY OF THE FEAST. The last day Jesus invited the thirsty to come to Him and drink. The feast at which He extended this invitation was the feast of Tabernacles. It was the last day of the feast or the eighth day. Lev. 23:39 The number eight is representative of the dawning of a new day. The day of the resurrection of Christ was on the eighth day. This day was designated as a special Sabbath day. This feast is of special interest to we who live in the end of the age for it was the last Biblical feast of their Levitical year. The number seven is a divine complete number and speaks of a final or a last day fulfillment. This feast symbolizes a last day revival of great proportions. It was a day of great rejoicing and celebration. The final, general harvest of the year had been gathered. This was the day of the pouring forth of water from golden vessels on the altar. During this ceremony, Isa. 12:3 was sung. He offered them LIVING waters, which would flow from within them. The source of the living waters is the Holy Spirit. John 7:37-39 What a mighty reservoir is resident within each and every Spirit filled individual. The promise involves rivers (plural, or double portion), an immense flow of the Spirit for these last days. The waters flow from the right side of the house. Eze. 47:1 Jesus has been exalted to the right hand of His Father. Mk. 16:19

WATERS WHICH FLOW INTO THE DESERT. Into a dry desolate area. A place of little life. Wherever they flow there is a sign of life. The desert, the dry place shall rejoice and sing, for the glory of the Lord will be made manifest. Isa. 35:1-2 Reaching ultimately to the sea. On flowing into the sea these waters bring healing to the sea. The seas typify the masses of humanity which are like the troubled sea. Living things, mainly people shall find life, or be revived, brought to life. The word live in verse nine means to revive, save or be made whole. We are entering in to a time in the economy of the Lord where multitudes will turn to the Lord. These will be great days of extreme contrast, for at the same time wickedness will increase leading ultimately to the reign of the antichrist. Of this we may be certain. The Lord always visits in mercy before He manifests judgment on the earth. Decisions will be made that are eternal and binding. There will be no middle ground. The final judgment will be faced and the situation of each and every heart will be settled eternally. Rev. 22:11
