TWO SEEDS SOWEN IN ONE FIELD. This is a KINGDOM parable and principle. In the parable of the wheat seed, the good seed, and the tares, the bad seed we find that there must be a separation of the two, at harvest time. They grow together until the wheat is ready for reaping. Before the time of the ingathering the tares have become noticeable. But they are to be left until the end, then gathered in bundles, to be burned. There will always be a tare element in the church, until it is cleansed. Harvest the tares first, bind them together. Even today, there are cliques in the church, having much the same negative attitude who gravitate together. This may be true of a whole group or church, a gathering and binding together of tares. Time for an attitude check. The wheat is gathered into the barn. The tares are to be burned. The tares are the unbelievers. TARES DO NOT ENTER THE KINGDOM OF THE LORD. Mt. 13:24-30
JESUS EXPLAINED THE PARABLE TO HIS DISCIPLES. The sower, with the good seed is the Son of man or the Lord Jesus. The whole world is His field. We are to sow good seed in every quarter of the earth. The acceptance or rejection of that Gospel Seed is the most serious matter that we face in our entire life time. Consider the consequences, to believe and to be baptized is to be saved. To not believe, is to bring damnation on ourselves {Mark 16:16}. The angels commissioned by the Son of man will most assuredly gather the tares into bundles, to be burned. SEPARATION. The Good seed the CHILDREN OF THE KINGDOM. Those who have an inheritance and a right to that glorious kingdom. It is theirs. They are citizens of the eternal Kingdom of the Lord. The tares, the CHILDEN OF THE WICKED ONE. This name invoked upon them places them in a class of individuals who are totally void of Spiritual comprehension and understanding. They are completely given over to that WICKED ONE. They follow his biding fully. PLEASE NOTE, THE TARES ARE GATHERED OUT OF GODS KINGDOM. They do not belong to that KINGDOM. Definitely, positively they are removed from the KINGDOM. Every offensive element will be purged from among the people of the Kingdom. The Greek word is, skandalon, not hard to recognize it as our word scandal. It also bears the connotation of a trap or a stumblingblock. These would not be fit for the Kingdom, therefore they must be completely remove. The second reason for removal is, sin, all who do evil works are to be excluded from the Kingdom of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ on earth and most assuredly, from the New Heavens and the New Earth. Mt. 13:37-42 Jesus chose twelve disciples and stated that one was the devil, namely Judas. The Judas element remains with us even today in religious circles. Satan himself is the accuser of the brethren before the throne of God. It a seven-twenty-four job on his part. Enough is enough. Satan has fouled up every good thing of the Lord, just by his presence. Neither he nor his followers will be found in the KINGDOM. They have their place.
REQUIREMENTS FOR LIVING IN THE KINGDOM. The very first spiritual activity with which one will gain entrance into the kingdom, is repentance. This was the message of John the Baptist. Mt. 3:2 Repent, to think differently. Delivered from the carnal mind and having the mind of Christ. Jesus came with the same message of repentance for the KINGDOM was at hand. Mt. 4:17 The Kingdom can be gained only by repentance and the accompanying act of the Lord, the remission of sins. Luke 24:27 This is the essential, initial act of one who would participate in the joys of the Kingdom.
